Pictorial yoga


Just a nice way to relax. You need a paper, a marker and a glass of wine. Breath in and out calmly  and draw the human body in any postures you can think of. Stop between each drawing and have a sip of wine. Stop either when there is no space on the paper or when you …. eventually see double! 🙂 .

  1. Or sit with your sketchbook in the dark and draw while listening to live jazz, stop sip some wine and draw and sip for the rest of the set. Ahhh you have wonderful surprises when you look at your drawings afterwards.
